Abstract [sv]

Hang on vest is a carrier system for the powder coating industry, that easily can be adjusted to the individual needs of different users. The project has been preformed in cooperation with Töretorps Tråd AB, a company specialized in providing the powder coating industry with everything they need as hooks, hangers and and different kinds of products for masking. As a result from this the aim of HangOnVest has been the powder coating industry and their needs. The company has even developed a new method for the production of hooks, where the hooks are joined in lenghts by tape strips. This resulted in a wish from the company to solve the problem around the handling of these hooks in the working situation. The result from our work is a flexible utility vest, which is based on a combination between a belt and a vest to which you can attach different kinds of pockets. This is a flexibility that is missing in the utility vests availabile on the market today. Our solution presents the users with an opportunity to have a costum made aid to help them make their day easier and more efficient. In the future the system can be developed further with a bigger diversity in pockets, or by changing the target groups to for example electricians, carpenters and other groups that can benefit from the more flexible solution.
