Detta är en uppsats som riktar sig emot dagens äldreomsorg samt hur ädelreformen har påverkat vården av de äldre. Fokus är riktat mot personalen inom äldreomsorgens åsikter, och det är personal som arbetatbåde innan och efter reformens införande.
