Abstract [en]

In this dissertation the author wamts to see how pojects could be iniated through the support from the objective 5b fund. We already know that there are many projects today that are supported by objctive 5b in Sweden. By asking how objective 5b could initiate the projects, Katrin would like to find out if the projects alreday existed without the funding or if the funding was the reason why the project was implemented in the first place.
