Abstract [sv]

Poseidon Industri AB is a manufacturer of diving equipment situated in Västra Frölunda a suburb to Gothenburg. The group was assigned to generate a marketing plan for the re-launch of their regulator Triton 2000. Five years ago Triton 2000 was launched but had to be withdrawn due to technical problems. The group was also assigned to conduct an analyze of Poseidon’s product-line. We have gathered information by interviews and questonnaires to dealers and users. The information has been analyzed and used in situation- and SWOT analyzes of Poseidon Industri AB.
