How does the weather protection systems look like today, and how will they be developed in the future? These are questions that we have worked with during this project. At the start of our report there’s a summary of the leading weather protection manufacturers in Sweden. We have explained how these systems are constructed and how they work. They are divided into two different systems. Systems built on scaffolds and production tents with a crane mounted in the roof. We’ve interviewed the persons responsible for the development in each company. We have done this to get a picture about how weather protection systems will look like in the future. During the interviews we had questions about development, functions, market and economy. From this material we’ve made an analyze about how weather protection systems will be developed.

We can determine that the manufacturers believe in a growing market. Partly because of that customers and insurance companies are starting to demand a dry construction environment. The systems are continuously developed and several actors are on the market.
