Abstract [en]

Inixi is a product and service that measures the body's physical reaction topsychological stress. The purpose of our idea is that by creating awareness about personal stress and increase opportunities for individuals to learn how to handle it. This can prevent people from being diagnosed with a stress-related illness, such as depression.There is an ever-growing need to be aware of their stress as more suffer from some kind of stress-related illness today. The amount of sick leave is increasing and a new law came into force during the spring 2016, which means increased responsibility for employers in terms of work environment in their workplaces.Inixi target market today is towards individuals, but there is potential to develop further, Inixi could target businesses and offer companies solutions. This could be departments that are perceived as stressful and where there are a high number of sick leaves to locate what it is that is the reason for this, but also to help who is in the riskof sick leave because of stress-related illnesses today.Inixi will eventually be able to improve the working environment and the well being of society. The problem with stress is about to escalate and the need for a solution today to help people to become aware of, and manage their stress. Today, mental illnesses is the main cause of sick leave in Sweden and they are increasing every year. Using Inixi anyone can, using their phone, be aware of your stress level and map it to then reduce it.The project has developed a first prototype that verifies that the technology works and that the product may eventually be ready to launched on the market.
