The research describes Sweden, a country that is well-known for its multiculturalism. In Europe, Sweden is welcoming a growing number of immigrants and refugees. The main aim or purpose of this research assignment is to identify and address the issue of educational development of the immigrants in the order of realizing the importance of education in their lives and the social and economic welfare of the societies. In this research study, the researcher used the qualitative research design for evaluating the accurate outcomes of the research topic. The researcher in this study conducted a semi-structured interview with every participant. For the study, the researcher focused on two specific populations: students connected with gymnasium schools and the Karolinska Institute in Sweden. Additionally, the researcher selected parents of immigrant students from Jacoksberg Kommun and Stockholm to participate in the interview. The researcher conducted interviews with a sample of 10 participants at libraries and various workplaces, with an average duration of 12 to 15 minutes. Thematic analysis allowed the researcher to identify the antecedents of the topics that the participants are likely to discuss. Based on the findings, the study achieves its objectives to its extent by illustrating the importance of education for immigrant youths who are deemed necessary for the community’s far future, by outlining the barriers that the multicultural concentration class present and by stressing on the possibilities of this important aspect of human development for the improvement of both the individual and the community. The study concludes that disparities of immigrant students can be resolved by improving language.
