This study explores the framing strategies used by four Swedish political party leaders ,Magdalena Andersson, Ulf Kristersson, Ebba Busch, and Muharrem Demirok in theirFacebook posts about the complex issue of Quran burnings. By applying Robert Entman'sframing theory, the research delves into aspects like problem definition, causal interpretation,solution presentation, and moral evaluations, revealing how these leaders shape publicdebate. The findings reveal varied approaches among the leaders: some prioritize themes ofsecurity and national unity, while others focus on societal values. This study highlights thesignificant role of social media as a potent instrument in contemporary politicalcommunication, illustrating its influence on shaping public dialogue and addressing sensitivesocietal concerns
