Halmstad University, School of Education, Humanities and Social Science.ORCID iD: 0009-0006-7215-4801
2024 (English)Conference paper, Poster (with or without abstract) (Other (popular science, discussion, etc.))
Abstract [en]

This paper is part of Work Package 10 (WP10) within the INTERCAMBIO Horizon Research Project, which consists of 13 interconnected work packages. It presents a systematic literature review of 38 articles to consolidate knowledge on the key themes of WP10, including organizational values, norms, and conflicts that arise during the transition to sustainable work practices. Future work in WP10 will involve empirical research through surveys and interviews with workers and managers to map these organizational dynamics. Additionally, a socio-legal analysis will be conducted to examine current legal pathways and policies related to green jobs. Stakeholder engagement will also play a central role, with workshops designed to foster dialogue and gather insights that will shape a proposed policy framework. The ultimate goal is to develop more effective policies that support the transition to a sustainable economy while ensuring fair and safe working conditions for all.
