Abstract [en]

The main issue of this thesis is to examine the regulatory demands which are necessary for a company to meet when listing om a stock exchange, and how it could achieve this. The main objectives of the thesis are to: - foumulate an assumption om what regulatory demands are relevant for an emergin stock exchange. This will allow a supposition regarding the degree of preparation which is necessary for the companies to attain in order to meet the regulatory demands when applying for listing. - examine the companies’ present state of preparation for listing. - to describe and explain the expected process which is going to prepare them for the listing.
