Abstract [en]

Customer service is a term that is heard of more ande more, and has even made its way in to the education sector. While doing a woek experence at a university in Australia I got in touch with the administrative side of a university, and woeking with the markering manager of one of the faculties I saw the costomer service up front. I found it very interesting to observe the different attitudes among the staff members and the woek to make the customer service better and the staff more motivated.
