Abstract [en]

This dissertation investigates why companies have to work out marketing planning programs, and how these will be implemented in the organization. The conclusion tells that planning is necessary for fact-based decision making and cross-functional communication. If companies not meet these parameters, the work-place tends to be chaotic and full of misunderstadnings. Without good cooperation with the employees in the implementation of the planning program, top management can not expect any visual changes in the company's performance at all.
