Abstract [sv]

Our task is to find an profitable production run to make the cheesecakes in portion packages. The report concentrate upon the process bottoms becouse they became sticky and very dificult to handle. A full and detailed account of how to shape and press the bottom has given, even a mackine has manufactured. For the other part of the process, the dosage, we have made a proposal solution wich is converible to the manufactured machine.
