Abstract [sv]

The earlier studies have also shown that communication is a significant psychosocial work environment factor.  The study is conducted in secondary school in the south of Sweden. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. A total of two interviews were conducted, and a survey with 47 participants. The results showed no correlation between organizational commitment and communication, social support, decision latitude and possibilities of growth. The discussion showed that communication was a significant factor as it correlated with the factors social support, decision latitude and possibilities of growth.
