Abstract [en]

This paper is about Human Rights and Member States of European Union, and more specifically about their decisions. Human Rights are natural rights, enjoyed by any person by virtue of birth. The source of these rights is a number of international conventions and other documents. Human Rights should be protected by state, therefore the main aim of this thesis is to examine how Member States treat asylum seekers? Are they respect fundamental rights of human being?
