Abstract [sv]

Syftet med denna uppsats är att få en ökad förståelse för hur en organisation kan arbeta med sin rekryteringsprocess, sitt ledarskap och sin organisationskultur för att främja de fyra ledstjärnorna laganda, handlingskraft, sunt förnuft och kundfokus. Uppsatsen är genomförd på Gekås Ullared AB och inriktar sig på rekrytering, ledarskap och organisationskultur. Data samlades in genom intervjuer och enkäter. Totalt har tio intervjuer utförts samt en enkätundersökning med 142 deltagare. Resultatet i relation till tidigare forskning och teorier visade att utvecklingsmöjligheter finns inom de undersökta områdena, till exempel framtagning av en för Gekås gemensam kompetensmodell, utbildning i transformativt ledarskap samt fortsätta att utveckla en stödjande och öppen organisationskultur.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of how an organization can work with their recruitment process, its leadership and its organizational culture to promote the four guidingprinciples teamwork, initiative, common sense and customerfocus. The study is conducted at Gekås Ullared AB, focusing on recruitment, leadership and organizational culture. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. A total of ten interviews were conducted, and a survey with 142 participants. The results in relation to previous research and theory showed that there are opportunities for development available in the studied areas, such as the development of a common model of competence for Gekås, training in the transformative leadership and continuing to develop a supportive and open organizationalculture.
