Abstract [en]
The disseration stems from a look into the negative relationships between employers and employees. From there the essay focuses on the motivation factor, from the job re-design theory, in work relations. The theory showed that motivation created job satisfaction. Therefore, the goal was to find out if lack of motivation is a cause of bad work relationships. The result was taken from a survey.
