Abstract [sv]

This project's purposes have been to automatize a process where a list of feltmaterial being pressed with the aid of a hydraulic press. The lists are compressed during high temperature and when they cool they shrink differently lengthwise. The project comprises a main task and three part tasks. The main task has been to find a solution that makes it possible to feed the cooled, compressed list to correct length before it is cut. The part tasks have been to design a rollholder for the uncompressed list, and to produce a coolingdevice where the list is cooled. The last task has been to modify a pneumatic punch. A more or less complete solution has been taken forward and been approved by Nordifa. That task that isn’t completely solved falls in the care of Nordifa.
