Abstract [sv]
ABECE AB in Enstaberga is developing and producing machinery for concrete roof tile production. The company wanted to investigate if there was a way to increase the production rate, decrease operation perturbations and reduce the setup time for new production sites. In the current process the tiles are only braked by the friction between the form pallet and the slide bearings. The purpose of this brake is to receive unhardened tiles on steel or aluminum pallet without deforming or breaking the tile. With this feature the speed, which the tiles are inserted, can be increased allowing for a higher production rate. The complete systems were tested with unhardened tiles and operated as planned.
