Abstract [sv]
The purpose of this exam work is to create a computer program in order to automate registration of values from a torque key and a load cell. The values represent the force needed to loosen a nut welded on a metal sheet. Primary the purpose is to construct a program dealing with four different parts which are to be tested in a test station situated near the machine manufacturing the additional parts. This is, in the future, meant to be integrated into Kendrion Mefa’s all occurring manufacturing details. Visual Basic .NET is used as programming languages together with Access 2003 for the data base. To receive values from the torque key and load cell we used RS 232. The program is constructed in a way that the user has to confirm every step during execute. There are a variety of help functions in the program.
