Abstract [en]
On the basis of theories and service analysis, the authors have elaborated Quality Criteria important when measuring Quality of Telematics services. From the elaborated Quality Criteria, the authors have evolved a model. Telematics services are services performed by a product and it’s of high importance to measure both Quality of Product and Quality of Service. With the evolved model Functional Quality i.e. Quality of Service, is measured and Technical Quality, i.e. Quality of Product is assured. Telematics services are dependent on several participants and it’s important to involve all these to assure the quality of Telematics services. The authors have performed a service analysis to analyse the present situation and to receive as much information about Telematics services as possible. The result indicates that the Total Quality of Telematics is measurable and that the evolved model, Total Quality of Telematics Services, is usable when measuring Quality of Telematics services.
