Abstract [sv]
On late years has the emerged a new phenomenon, e-auctions, that changes purchases and sale procedures on companies. The authors consider e-auction through ending from that the not only is the purchase price that has a crucial importance for choices of supplier. Factors as purchase strategy, trust and proximity must also be assessed in order to receive an optimum dividend at the implementation. After the analysis of the case study the authors can establish that the strategy acts about retaining existing suppliers and products but with low purchase price. Through that contract era already well-known suppliers are retained the trust and psycho the logical the proximity. Preparation before e-auctioned required big personnel resources and took a couple of months long time than what as before been described. Advantages with e-auction are that it tends to decrease the number suppliers which lower the indirect costs for carried out. The trend shows that e-auction increases in scope and becomes a complement to today's traditional purchase procedure. The essay gives a description and analysis of how e-auction is implemented and which aspects that should be taken into consideration.
