Abstract [en]
Our problem and purpose of the thesis is to investigate the significance of branding for a company in the apartment business. We begin the thesis with presenting the background of branding, since that phenomenon is a major part of the thesis and more or less affects everbody´s lives. To a company in a competitivemarket, a brand is a fundamental tool to use in the battle of the residents´minds. In the theoretical frame facts are presented regarding bran- ding in general, desirable results of branding, awareness and loyalty.
