Periodontitis and accidents are two reasons for replacing lost teeth with oral implants. Sometimes these implaants cause an infection and get rejected by the body. The treatment of the surface of an oral implant, significantly influences the attachment of oral fibroblasts. Culturing cells in vitro is used for many purposes, for exemple to analyse the proliferation of human gingival fibroblast (HFG) on mental surfaces,
