Abstract [sv]
Picko is a project based on frictionless linear motors from LinMot, which have become less expensive over the last few years. To make them even more lucrative, the automation company SDT wants to bring the level of programming to the customer’s level. This will be done by adapting the current software from LinMot according to the PLCopen standard for controlled motions. To be able to demonstrate the possibilities with this kind of adaptation, SDT also requires a robot to be built. A function library was constructed in CodeSys according to the PLCopen standard. With this library, the customer only needs to write parameters in order to control the motors. A robot was also calculated and built with concentration on design The result is an application with two axes, which with the use of our function library, could easily be programmed to perform motions with high accelerations and velocities.
