Abstract [sv]
The purpose with this examinationpaper was to adjust the products of Getinge Storkök AB to HACCP. This is a base for developing security in a provision companies. The idea is to achieve documentation over the entire production line, so that sources of infection can be traced.The task was divided into two parts. One part was to make a common report about HACCP and the other to develop software for transmitting data from the pan’s guiding system to a PC. The report has been used in the process of new innovations for the products from Getinge Storkök AB. From the beginning the programme was meant to communicate with one control system, but after selling eleven pots the directions were changed. The task has been done according to a demand specification which is the foundation of the communication between several control systems. In this paper the communication with only one control system is accounted for.
