Denna uppsats behandlar ämnet intern marknadsföring. Intern marknadsföring börjar med tanken att personalen är företagets första interna marknad och om varor, tjänster, planerad marknadskommunikation, ny teknik och nya system inte kan marknadsföras till denna första interna målgrupp kan inte heller den externa, slutgiltiga marknadsföringen till kunderna, bli lyckad. I detta arbete spelar ledningen en central roll. Med utgångspunkt från detta lyder därför vår problemformulering; Vilka faktorer är starkt påverkade för att uppnå en framgångsrik intern marknadsföring?
