Abstract [sv]
The purpose of this study was to describe ice hockey player's opinions about leaders, educations and activities in Halland Ice Hockey Asssociation. This is a qualitative study and the data were gathered by interviewing 10 male ice hockey players. The individuals were born 1980-84, and they had all been a part of the Halland Tv-puck team. The results showed that leaders from Halland Ice Hockey Association obtained more positive feedback than leaders from the teams within the district. The result also showed that the individuals wanted leaders with more and better education in the association. None of the players had heard anything about "Hallandsstegen" and none of them had felt a close connection between the association and his own team. In general the players want the association to be more professional, and they also want them to be better with all the information that is being handed out.
