På senare tid har det fokuserats alltmer på den informella delen av styrsystemet och det kändes därför intressant och aktuellt att undersöka ett företags belöningssystem utifrån ett motivationsperspektiv. Hur kan ett tillverkningsföretag utifrån ett motivationsperspektiv anpassa sitt belöningssystem för att likställa anställdas mål med företagets och vilka motivationsfaktorer bör företaget ta hänsyn till?
