Abstract [sv]

We have worked with a company named Taiga AB. We have analysed their status of economic terms, the innovation climat, market situation, woking environment and business idea. A SWOT-analyses has been made. The result of one survey clearly showed that Taiga is an innovative company and the employees are pleased with their working environment. Another survey was made among customers to find out what they thought about the Taiga AB Company.
