Abstract [sv]

The thesis has been carried out in co-operation with Kalmar Industries in Lidhult. The purpose and the goal of this project were to create a nutrunner that could be used to mount the drive axis to the chassis. This had to be done to a cost of less than 259 000 SKr. We have designed a nutrunner wagon that can be used on all of Kalmar Industries current truck models. We have also increased all adjustable parameters so that it also might work on future models. The nutrunner cost less than 155 000 SKr to manufacture. The machine has cut the mounting times and increased the quality on the bolt tightening. The nutrunner wagon was manufactured, and tested in the production, before this report was finalized.
