Björs P. & Larner J. Quality improvement in a small construction company – a guide to ensure better quality in smaller companies. School of Buisness and Engeneering, University of Halmstad. May 2003. The purpose with this project is to help smaller construction companies to get better quality in the construction process. The project was made in cooperation with Fastbygg AB to get deeper knowledge about how smaller companies are working. The first step in the project was to identify the different processes in the construction process. After that the goal was to find the most critical process. This is the process that make the biggest damage to the comany. In the end the project resulted in a few different proposals of measures in the critical processes that can help construction companys to get better quality in their organisation.
