Abstract [sv]

The project has been in association with Proton finishing, Markaryd and our assignment was to give them a comprehensive view of the logistics in the company. The first thing to do was to analyse how it works today and from that define problems to solve. Some problems we have been working with are: the on and off loading, registration of the trucks arrival and the office of the inventory staff. One of the solutions is to build a loading dock and another is to move the office of the inventory staff closer to the loading place.
