MORRVISON is a custom-made application for Stora Enso Hylte AB, where the employees can register problems related to their computer-equipment on the company’s intranet. All the incoming registrations on the support pages of MORRVISON are taken care of by the Support department of the company. From the specific support pages, the Support department can get a good general view of all registrations made. They can also answer and update cases that later on can be seen by the registrar. MORRVISON is developed to lower the amount of incoming phone calls to the Support department. It is also a great user friendliness enhancement, since the waiting time for the user registering a case is considerable shorter than through a phone call. Thanks to MORRVISON, the Support department are able to take care of the incoming cases and need not be disturbed by frequent phone calls. By doing the registration on MORRVISON the Support department will get all necessary information to be able to solve a case in an efficient and easy way.
