Abstract [sv]
Growth and high growth companies are well known subjects for research. The existing researches normally focus on how companies act and which series of actions that have been done in order to attain growth. The purpose is usually to determine patterns that can be used in order to create a success model for attaining growth, which can be used in general. Our research has a different approach and focuses on the organization structure and communication process in a high growth product developing company by comparing the formal and informal communication structure. The research is performed as a qualitative case study in a high growth product developing company on an individual and departmental level. The empirical data has been generated through interviews, and through inquiries which has been used to perform a social network analysis. The thesis is based on literature in organization, communication and social network analysis.
