Abstract [sv]
Noise Control means a reduction of non-desirable noise. With Active Noise Control one generally reduces low frequency sounds, since this type of sound is difficult to eliminate using the conventional methods. Active Noise Control is carried out by measuring the non-desirable sound, and accordingly producing an anti-soundwave, which is sent through speakers to the sound source. A sound wave, which is equivalent to the non-desirable sound and an anti sound wave, which is in opposition to the ground soundwave, results in silence.
