Abstract [sv]

Mergers have since a long time been of interest for both researchers and companies. The interest about mergers has primarily been focused on finance, economy and strategy. Later a new focus has appeared which focus on the role of business culture in mergers. Research about business cultures affect on mergers has primarily been focused on the period immediate after the merger. Different from the period after the merger we don’t know much about the period that follows; the long term perspective. Our thesis is about what happens when two companies has been merged for a long period.
