Abstract [sv]
Every vehicle today use more and more advanced electronics. This leads to a large amount of cables that have to be implemented in the vehicle. The forest machine manufacturer Gremo Svenska AB has newly developed a new drivers chair, a so-called Gyro chair. Every electronic function is on the elbow rests. Because of the amount of cables there is a big possibility that the cables will break during time the chair move. The bachelor degree project is about reducing the amount of cable, so good that no cable or only a few is needed. Those techniques that were investigated were Bluetooth, WLAN and CANbus. The technique that were best suited to solve the project best is later used to create a prototype and even a complete solution of the project will be presented.
