Abstract [sv]

AB G. Sohlbergs has a main office and central warehouse and the company also has three branches. The project resulting in, after investigating the software for warehouse administration, that it now generates orders automatically if needed. Data mining, which is a method for pattern recognition, was used in the project. The result of the data mining was shown in different diagrams and taking these as a starting point some general principles for order points were laid down. Factors that are of importance are size of packaging, delivery time etc. There was only information for the last seven months of sales and therefore the results must not be taken to seriously.
