The purpose of this essay is to examine how changes in the company’s environmental surroundings, such as deregulations, have changed some parts of ABB: s activity and its cultural communicational pattern. The empirical part is basically based on an explorative casestudie, which resulted in hypothetic conclusions for further researches.
