Abstract [sv]
Due to the introduction of information technology it is for the first time possible for organizations too not only render greater efficiency in the production but also in the flows of information. It is here that the problem arise, the organizations do not have enough knowledge about which information that is important to them and the importance of well working information flows and communication channels in an organization. They therefore run the risk of filtrating important information and changing important communication channels in the organization. This study examines how the use of electronic B2B affects organizations in terms of changed access to information like feedback, benchmarking and operational information. It also examines how the social relations, the innovative climate, the level of motivation and the creating of knowledge in the organization are affected.
