Healthcare, health and exercise are topics that frequently are discussed in media. It is usually about how important these factors are and how aware people are of it. It is also clear that there are many benefits to assent to by these aspects and these benefits are amongt other fewer sick leaves work and fewer work related injuries. A question at issue witch automatically appears is: Does the same conception exist in the reality at work places? The purpose of study is therefore to describe what exercise habits and attitudes to exercise there are amongst working men and women today. The survey shall also try answer witch exercise forms men and women prefer and also witch settings who promote a positive exercise bahaviour. The study will mainly focus on people who have jobs that are relatively sedentary for instance deskwork or machine operator. The result of study was for instance that the majority was positive towards exercise at work, weightlifting and aerobics are the most popular exercise forms and the bigger reason to not exercise is lack of time. The result of the study shall the prolongation facilitate the future work with motivating people towards an exercise behaviour and exercise forms witch satisfy both the people and the corporates wishes.
