Abstract [sv]

The project has been done in co-operation with IKEA of Sweden. The aim of our work has been to make sure that fragile products, such as glasses and china, wont break during delivery to the customer when ordered by mail or email. During our project we have examined factors that effect the products while distributed from IKEA to the customer. To make it possible to deliver fragile we have developed a number of packages adapted for different products. We have also given suggestion on how to increase the number of repurchases by adding extra value to the package.
