Abstract [sv]

This report describes the structure of a web-based application. The purpose of the application is to help a company’s support staff to in a quick and easy manner publish FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions) for their products. The application has an administration interface where the administrator has a set of functions to manage questions sent in. Another feature of the administration interface is the possibility to create new product pages. The user interface is “one” page where the visitor can read questions with answers and also be able to send in a question. All data is stored in a database which makes it is very easy to modify it. In this way the administrator can easily change the layout on all pages, change created pages and more. A product page is a page with questions and answers for a specific product.
