Abstract [sv]
The purpose with this project, carried out in cooperation with Pritec AB in Fjärås, Sweden, has been to analyse the company in the aspects of economy, the market and internal- and external organisation. We found out that the innovative and technologic competence within the company is high. We also found some lacks in the internal organisation due to the expansion carried out the last few years. We recommend Pritec AB to work on routine operations within the company to improve the effectiveness. We also recommend the company to begin working towards ISO 14000 certification.
