Denna uppsats beskriver framgångsfaktorerna bakom ett starkt varumärke. Den innehåller tillvägagångssättet, dvs. hur man skapar ett starkt varumärke. Vi har också gjort en fallstudie av företaget Kodak, som på ett mycket bra sätt exemplifierar vår teoridel i uppsatsen.
