Four out of ten schoolchildren suffer from ashma and/or allergy. The prevalence of allergens in the shcoolenvironments is widespread, and it is a problem that must be solved, so that pupils whith asthma and allergy, can experience a good health, and have a fair chance to achieve good results in schoolwork. The purpose of this study was to examine if, and in that case, what in schoolenvironment could trigger asthma and allergy symtoms. This study is based upon ten scientfic article and on professional literature in subject of asthma, allergy and schoolenvironment. The result shows that there are a large amount of allergens in the schoolenvironment. The allergens that are most occurrent is dog and cat epithelium, mites and also molds. Inadequate cleaning, missing ventilation and also moisture is the main reason of the large amount of allergens. To break this pattern, should regular and more effective cleaning metods, control and installation of effective ventilation have priority on the list of improvements. The future research should be aiming more effective cleaning metods and also development ventilation system which are adjusted to work in a schoolenvironment.
