Abstract [sv]
Every company needs on a regular basis control and make an overview of its economy, innovation climate, market and organization. The analyze of the company will be more objective if some outsider review it. KEBACK AB is a Swedish company that specializes in developing identity promotion products. Keback is strictly a wholesale company and all theirs sales are made through distributors and manufacturers, never direct to end users. We have mainly focused on, innovation climate,marketing through internet and interviewed the distributors as well.
