This bachelor thesis describes the construction of a trouble report system. The outcome of this project is a web based trouble report system that can be used in the lab environment and for documentation. The system helps the employees to handle their trouble reports. The system is accessible through a web interface, which is connected to a SQL server 7 database where all the reports are stored. Because all the reports are stored in a database it will be easy to search for a specific report and follow its history. The web interface is placed on the Ericsson intranet and is only intended for the employees at a department at Ericsson Microwave Systems AB. The intention is to make the changes to the database only through the MMI.
