Abstract [sv]

We have construkted a remotcontrol for boatsearchlights. The prototype is devolept for Fixonomen AB, a small company from Halmstad in the southwest of Sweden. The wireless link consists of an radiotransmitter (nRF0433) that uses the 433MHz FM-band. The transmitter is controled by a small 8-bit singelchip RISC microcontroller with flashable memory (PICF16F876). To transfer the bitstream we use the builtin RC-435 USART datatransmitionprotocall. Each remotecontrolsystem has an unice identificationnumber that are sent as an header in the bitstream to ensure that the right recivermodule is adressed. To protect from biterrors a parity bit is used and the datapackage is sent twise and the two packages are compared whith eatchothers. The recivemodule uses a timeout timer to protect the searchlights from spinning in case of an radiotransmitionerror. If the system should fail in any way the remotecontrol can be bypassed using an external switch and the comandbrigecontrol are activated.
